Nuts and Bolts is a group of Alcoholics Anonymous that meets every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. We share our experience, strength, and hope with each other that we may solve our common problem, and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
Friday night is our Open Speaker meeting, which is open for attendance to anyone who would like to know more about our group or A.A. as a whole. Non-alcoholics are welcome to observe, but all participants will be alcoholic.
All other meetings are closed meetings, limited for A.A. members only, or for those who have a desire to stop drinking.
All meetings will be confined to discussion of matters pertaining to recovery from alcoholism, as well as how we apply the steps and principles in our lives. All are asked to maintain the anonymity of group members; please do not discuss the personal details of anyone or anything at meetings outside of the meeting.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. “
